What is counselling?
At times in life we may find it hard to cope with circumstances that arise. It may feel that our hold on a situation is not as strong as we want it to be. Past issues may be having an impact upon the present.
Counselling offers you the opportunity to take the time and space to reflect on your life and begin to understand and make sense of it. Through a respect for the pace you are happy to go at, the counselling relationship can lead to you feeling in control and able to reach your potential.
Counselling offers you the chance to identify your own resources and strengths which we can sometimes lose sight of in times of upset and stress. Talking things through can begin to unlock and shift feelings.
